Tim Mussche ![]() Born 1982 in Belgium. In his childhood, he was taught African drums by a renowed teacher from Burkina Faso, called Beh Palm, which made him a gifted djembé player and teacher. After a wandering youth, he found his way to Ireland, where he lived and worked on an organic farm. There he met Don Miguel Kavlin, and soon after this magical and profound encounter he left to discover Bolivia. On this journey, he participated in several sacred plant medicine ceremonies and pilgrimages. Tim also accompagnied Don Miguel to Don Agustin, his teacher in the ayahuasca tradition, where his was initiated and strongly called to start an apprenticeship. After a travel to India involving a period of study with the Sufi people, he continues his apprenticeship with Don Miguel up until today. Tim has undertaken many shamanic plants diets in the Amazon rainforest, has participated in several sun moon and other ceremonial dances and has accomplished numerous sacred pilgrimages in the Andean territory. Since a few years Tim is also studying with a maestro curandeiro Kallawaya, called Don Apolinar Ramos, who teaches him the medicinal and spiritual medicine from the ancient and secret Kallawaya tradition. Presently he provides sacred plant medicine ceremonies, sweatlodges, gives lectures, teaches African drums and is also involved in projects to sustain the Tacana and the Kallawaya communities. He feels strongly called to work with the sacred medicines and dances and above all to spread their wisdom and blessings to all who ask for it. Commitment Contact |
